The 2023 Young at Heart Ride 18th edition will be hosted by location sponsor – Barrie Harley-Davidson at 311 Bryne Drive, Barrie on Saturday, August 26th, 2023 in support of the IOOF’s redevelopment campaign.

Doors open and registration begins at 9am with ride kick-off at 10am.

Registration fee is $50 to participate, and pre-registration is required. Riders are encouraged to collect pledges, 100% of the profits will benefit the IOOF’s redevelopment campaign.

The 2023 event will feature a 2 hour country ride, celebratory parade through the IOOF grounds for residents, a delicious lunch, raffle prizes, and more!

The IOOF has recently embarked on a $48 million redevelopment capital project, the largest in the IOOF’s history, and the launch of a $1.2 million fundraising campaign to expand the facility (10 Brooks Street) to a 226-bed long-term care home. This transformative revitalization will create 64 new long-term care beds and 66 upgraded beds, modern spaces, updated equipment, private rooms, and increased square footage.
