Overview:

We are searching for a driven, enthusiastic, knowledgeable, and customer-focused Motorcycle Sales Representative to join our team. This role involves promoting and selling motorcycles while providing exceptional customer service to help clients find their perfect ride whether they are new riders or experienced enthusiasts. The ideal candidate will have a passion for motorcycles with a strong understanding of motorcycle features and specifications, and the ability to connect with customers to drive sales and create lasting relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively engage with customers to understand their needs, preferences, and riding experience, recommending motorcycles, e-bikes and off-road vehicles that best match their requirements.
- Complete sales transactions of motorcycles, e-bikes and off-road vehicles while offering additional products services to enhance the customer experience.
- Highlight the features and benefits of products and services, assist with providing quotes, discuss financing options and credit terms, and ensure accurate completion of sales order forms and related documentation.
- Cultivate and maintain ongoing relationships with customers post-sale to encourage repeat business, gather feedback, and create opportunities for revenue growth.
- Participate in training sessions to stay current with sales techniques and departmental updates, ensuring you remain knowledgeable and effective.
- Maintain an in-depth understanding of motorcycle models, features, and industry trends, offering expert guidance to customers throughout the sales process.
- Collaborate effectively with all dealership departments, including service and finance, to maximize the customer buying experience and dealership profitability.
- Work closely with all areas of the dealership to ensure a positive working environment and effective communication between sales, service, and finance departments.
- Contribute to a positive, communicative atmosphere within the dealership, working closely with all teams to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service.
Qualifications:
- Valid GM Driver’s License and OMVIC Certification required.
- Genuine Passion for Motorcycles: A strong enthusiasm for motorcycles and the riding lifestyle, with comprehensive knowledge of various brands, models, and types.
- Prior experience in sales, preferably within the motorcycle industry or a related field, with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals and close sales effectively.
- Extensive knowledge of motorcycles, riding gear, and accessories, with the ability to quickly learn new products and their features.
- A demonstrated commitment to providing high-quality customer service and building long-term relationships.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage with customers and understand their needs, building trust and rapport.
- Basic understanding of motorcycle mechanics or technical aspects is an asset.
- Strong computer skills, including experience with email, sales lead software, online training platforms, spreadsheets, and Google Docs.
- Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced dealership environment.
- A proactive attitude with the ability to work collaboratively within a team to achieve common goals.
- Willingness and ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.
- Capable of moving motorcycles and accessories as needed

- Annual Earnings typically range from $50,000 to $80,000+, including $17.60 hourly rate, uncapped commissions, and sales incentives (the lower end reflects newer team members, while experienced associates have earned significantly more).

Additionally, for this role you can be scheduled prior to our opening time for regular duties and there may also be circumstances for business needs where you are scheduled outside of our regular business hours for various reasons (ex. special projects, meetings, inventory or Bike Shows).
