Harley Davidson Winnipeg is looking an Events/Marketing Coordinator!
As the Events & Marketing Coordinator, you will be the driving force behind our dealership’s marketing initiatives and community events. From planning epic rides and customer events to managing social media campaigns and promotions, you’ll connect with our customers and riders, building loyalty and excitement for the Harley-Davidson® brand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and execute dealership events, including rallies, bike nights, and community initiatives.
- Develop and implement marketing campaigns across social media, email, and local advertising channels.
- Collaborate with sales, service, and parts departments to promote dealership initiatives.
- Manage event logistics: scheduling, vendors, permits, and on-site coordination.
- Track and analyze event and marketing performance, reporting on ROI and engagement.
- Maintain consistent Harley-Davidson® brand standards in all marketing and communications.
- Engage with the local riding community to strengthen dealership presence and reputation.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in marketing, events planning, or promotions—automotive or lifestyle brand experience a plus.
- Passion for motorcycles and knowledge of Harley-Davidson® culture is highly desirable.
- Strong project management, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written, verbal, and social media communication skills.
- Creative, proactive, and able to work independently while being a team player.
- Comfortable working weekends and evenings for events.
