Road Rage BikeWorks is seeking an experienced Motorcycle Technician to join our team. We are looking for a skilled professional who takes pride in their work, values precision, and understands performance-driven builds.
This is not an entry-level position. We are looking for someone with proven hands-on experience in motorcycle diagnostics, repair, and performance upgrades.
Responsibilities:
- Perform diagnostics, repairs, and routine maintenance
- Install performance upgrades (cams, big bore kits, exhaust systems, etc.)
- Electrical troubleshooting
- Suspension and brake work
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Deliver high-quality workmanship with attention to detail.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3+ years professional motorcycle technician experience.
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Experience with V-Twin platforms preferred.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently.
- Professional attitude and strong work ethic.
- Own tools required.
